The client approached OSP Labs to build a system that improves claim transaction starting from the provider filling to reimbursement. We had to develop a solution for the secure processing of EDI Health Insurance Claims Transactions in HL7 formats.

Solutions Design and Development

With claim automation, the system eliminated the manual task associated with remittance. The payment information for respective members is automatically sorted for scrubbing and send directly to designated claim department.
Submit healthcare claim billing information are sent from providers to payers with one click. The system can transmit data with different payment responsibilities to monitor payment statistics circulated between providers and payers.
EDI for healthcare claim payment is used to make a payment, create and send Explanation of Benefits (EOB), or send an ERA from a health insurer to a healthcare provider directly through the system.
